If your piece arrives damaged in transit, please contact concierge within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or repair.

Returns

Standard pieces may be returned within 14 days in their original packaging, with all certificates and accessories intact. Limited editions and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt.
